Conference Registration

The participants are very welcome to participate to the Conference in presence. However, to encourage the widest participation also remote participation is ensured.

The full registration fee for the participation in presence covers conference materials, attendance to all Sessions and Events, lunches, coffee-breaks, and Conference Dinner.

Only one paper per registration is allowed. Dedicated rates are available for participants with no registered paper.

The authors of the accepted papers must register in advance (before October 15^th 2024) for inclusion in the conference programme. The accepted papers must be presented at the conference. No–shows will be removed from post-conference distribution and will not be proposed for publication in IEEE Xplore or other public-access IEEE forums.

Cancellation policy: All cancellations or refund requests must be made in writing to the email – ihtc2024-authors@ieeesezioneitalia.it

Fifty percent (50%) refund of the amount received by the Secretariat as stated in the original receipt will be given to cancellations received on or before October 30^th 2024. NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations received after October 30^th 2024. The refund will be processed only after the conference.
